You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Items returned because you changed your mind must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Please include all parts supplied with the product.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before shipping. Our authorized return destination is: equylibre, 1 Rue Raymond, Résidence Les Violettes, Apt 06, 59430 Dunkerque, France. This is an international return destination for U.S. customers.
Return Shipping and Fees
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a product defect. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including the cost of returning the item to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with the order number, a description of the issue and available photos. Ordinary unused-condition and intact-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied item. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return or refund instructions.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help checking a refund.
