Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of equylibre.shop and purchases from equylibre. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Products and Prices
Prices are listed in USD. Product pages state the available options, materials, dimensions and compatible staples. Screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance. Staples are not included unless expressly stated. We do not make certifications or performance guarantees not stated on a product page.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment through an available payment method, you authorize the charge for the displayed total and confirm that you are entitled to use that method. A payment attempt alone does not establish that a charge succeeded or that an order was accepted.
Order Acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance. Any payment or order status communicated to you must reflect the corresponding processing result. Contact us if you need clarification or wish to request a change; we will review the request based on its circumstances and processing status.
Delivery
Delivery is limited to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, excluding PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Standard shipping is free. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Our Shipping Policy explains cutoff and nonbusiness-day calculations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns and Refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. There is no restocking fee. We cover return shipping for our error, damage or defects; customers cover change-of-mind returns to France. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
Use of the Website
